How to delete your account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

• Open the 1STBOND app
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm your decision when prompted

If you’re unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@1st-bond.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile, photos, and bio are removed from the platform
• Your account and profile data is deleted within 30 days
• Biometric data (identity verification and face scan records) is deleted within 90 days
• Messages are retained for up to 90 days following closure, unless required longer for an open dispute or legal matter
• Meetup records are retained for up to 90 days after the scheduled meetup date
• Subscription and billing data is deleted within 30 days of closure

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 10 business days and complete the process within 45 calendar days. For full details on data retention, see our Privacy Policy.
